How quickly will my order ship?

Ready-to-ship orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Preorders, made-to-order items, and Afton Boxes may have different processing times. Any special turnaround time or estimated ship date will be listed in the product description.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders of $75 or more ship free within the U.S. Orders under $75 have a $4.95 flat-rate shipping fee.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Free local pickup is available in Kingsport, Tennessee. Select local pickup at checkout.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with pickup instructions and the pickup address. Please wait until you receive your ready-for-pickup email before coming to pick up your order.

Afton Boutique is based in Kingsport, Tennessee. You can shop with us online and at select local shopping locations and events.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Can I send an Afton order as a gift?

Absolutely! Many of our books, boxes, apparel, and other goodies make great gifts. If a product has special gifting options available, you'll find those details on the individual product page.
